1. The bearing assembly is unreasonable. Reassemble the bearing and axle, or replace the bearing.
2, the lubrication is not good. Excessive, too few impurities will lead to short bearing life, the bearing should be taken out and cleaned before use.
3. There is friction in the submerged slurry pump or the impeller is out of balance. The friction should be eliminated or the impeller should be replaced with a new one.
4. The motor shaft and the pump shaft are asymmetrical or not parallel. The motor shaft or pump shaft should be adjusted. If the shaft is deformed or bent, replace the shaft directly.

As the use time of the submerged slurry pump increases, the loss of the submerged slurry pump will increase. In order not to affect the work efficiency, the energy loss of the submerged slurry pump needs to be tested on a regular basis, so how to detect it?
1. The gap of the seal ring is increased
According to inspections, when the gap in the radial direction of the impeller is increased by 4 mm, the water volume of the submerged slurry pump will be reduced by 10%; only need to use organic adhesive and asbestos thread to restore the gap to the factory-specified gap during maintenance, and the pump can be operated. The fuel consumption or power consumption of the vehicle is reduced by 10%-12%.
2.The surface and the inner surface of the pressurized water chamber (also known as the volute) are rusty and uneven
The rust and convexity of the surface will reduce the pump water volume by 7%-8%; only need to use steel brush and iron sandpaper or grinding wheel to smooth the pump to reduce the fuel consumption or power consumption during work by 9%-14%.
3.The axis of the pressurized water chamber and the impeller do not coincide
When the axis of the pressurized water chamber and the impeller deviates by 2 mm or the deflection angle is greater than 2 degrees, the water volume of the submerged slurry pump will be reduced by 5%-6%; only need to measure carefully during maintenance, carefully locate the position where the axis coincides, and install it firmly. It can reduce the oil or electricity consumption of the pump by 6%-7% during operation.
